- Daddy’s Tacos NV – One of our staples, serving up authentic Mexican treats: birria tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and their indulgent Birria Burger. You’ll find them at Idlewild Park during Food Truck Friday and other spots around town.
- Big Blue Q of Tahoe – Southern-style BBQ, rotating menus, and hearty portions. Great when you want comfort flavors from a truck.
- Pot Luck Truck – Asian-fusion with a Mexican twist. The chicken elote wonton tacos and creative menu items make them a fun option at festivals and the weekly Food Truck WTF events.
